Our Projects are Community-Led and this helps us to meet a common social goal. A recent picture was taken which included Instructors, volunteers & members our media person printed, ‘Community Spirit,’ on the photo … that really sums up who we are! Over the years our members have formed lasting relationships. We share the same interests in dancing and talking through menopausal symptoms.
